One control center for organized learning access.
The ALDHS Dashboard separates students, organizations, course sections, access requests, and recovery tools so each administrator can manage only the records appropriate to their role.
Central student and program control
Use this portal to review identities, organize students by institution, course, and section number, approve class access, and support account recovery without mixing records together.
Role-based administration
- Master admin: global access to all institutions, admins, students, and settings.
- Institution admin: limited to assigned organization, courses, sections, and students.
- Students: access only approved course rooms after login.
Administrative Member Control
Instructor and admin accounts.
Master administrators can review admin members, assign organization affiliation, and generate recovery codes for admin accounts. Standard institution admins do not see this tool.
Students Directory All
All students, profile status, and access controls.
This remains the central roster. Search, review, edit, delete, and toggle student access from one table-style directory. Master administrators can view all students; institution admins only view students connected to their organization.
Institution / Organization
Active institutions and organization records.
This area lists every active institution/organization in the portal. Use the form below to add a new institution or update an existing entry.
Course / Section
Courses, class sections, Course IDs, and students within each organization.
Sections are grouped under their institution/organization. Selecting or reviewing a section shows the total enrolled students attached to that Course ID Code.
Pending Course Requests
Approve requested course access and attach courses to the student profile.
All pending requests appear here. Once approved, the student side updates automatically and the course is added to that student's profile outside the primary program file.
Account Access Recovery
User ID, locked account, and legacy password help.
Password login has been removed for students. This area remains for legacy recovery support and admin recovery tools.
Student Record Correction
Edit student account details.
Use this standalone Edit window to update the full student record. User ID is shown as the system-generated account password and should not be used as a clickable shortcut from the directory table.
